Meet CSC
David Prothero
David has been an Owner’s Rep for the past 20 years with an exclusive focus on Custom Private Residence. In total he’s been a professional builder for 35 years. He comes from a long lineage of builders and makers. From just helping you set up your project, or building out your project team all the way to managing day to day efforts, I am an advocate for you.
Michelle Marnon
Michelle is a detail-oriented coordinator who’s spent the past eight years working with David Prothero organizing and managing various aspects of projects, including everything from financial progress to managing documentation, to be a continued support for their success.

Project Set-up
Priorities, schematic budget, milestone schedule, Design and Build team buy out.
Contract and/or agreement review, negotiation and recommendation (non-legal). Design review and comparison to schematic budget. Construction detailing and product specification review and comment. Quality assurance and control.
Owner’s Project Management (leadership)
Invoice intake, review, and recommendation. Budget tracking. Project contact list. Finish schedule and project manual.
Project Coordination
Primary and/or vacation residence, property manual.
