Who is CSC?

A custom, private residence Owner’s Representative hired by you, the homeowner, to advocate, manage and facilitate your project throughout the construction or renovation by overseeing design, budget, contractors, timeline, and quality from concept to completion.

What we do…

  • Advocacy & Liason

    Represents the owner’s interests, communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities (AHJs).

  • Project Management

    Oversees planning, coordination, scheduling, qulaity control, project scope.

  • Financial Management

    Monitors budgets, advises on cost implications of design choices, reviews payments, and manages contracts.

  • Design Oversight

    Ensures the design aligns with the owner’s vision, priorities, and is constructible.

  • Risk Management

    Identifies and mitigates potential project risks and challenges.

  • Procurement

    Assists with selecting and hiring design teams and contrators.

  • Site Presence

    Provides on-site inspections and acts as the owner’s representative for day-to-day decisions.

Owners Representative vs.

Project Manager

While similar, an Owner’s Representative is distinct because they are contracted directly by the Owner and work exclusively for the owner’s best interests, unlike a typical construction manager who might balance multiple stakeholder interests.
